Any servicing that requires us to come to your location will also incur a service call fee ($66 / 20KM RADIUS )
Potential travel costs ($88/Hr ) - Depending on distance
For servicing/repair at our showroom we require $88 upfront. In this time we will diagnose as best we can and let you know how much the rest of the service is likely to cost and give you a quote.
TURN AROUND TIME?
Depending on the repair/service, the turn around time will vary. Our aim is to do a repair/service within a day.
We ask our customers to be prepared if they cannot travel to the showroom that we will have to hold onto the machine for a few days - given that the parts required are available
